Choosing the correct NexGard size is an important part of using the product as directed. NexGard chewables are sized by your dog’s current body weight, and each pack is labelled with a weight range in kilograms (kg). If you prefer pounds (lb), the chart below includes approximate, rounded conversions.

If your dog is close to a weight boundary, follow the size printed on the pack and check with your veterinarian.
