Complete your first order as normal. It ships immediately. Your subscription discount is applied automatically, and future orders are scheduled based on the frequency you chose.

Subscription orders are charged automatically at the current product price at time of processing, minus your subscription discount. The discounted price is shown at checkout.

Shipping

Standard international shipping timeframes apply to all subscription orders. Free standard shipping is available over $100 USD (US) or $150 CAD (Canada) per order.

Changes & Cancellations

Modify or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. Once an order has shipped, changes apply to future deliveries only.

Log in to your Smartway account and navigate to the Subscriptions section. From there you can change your delivery frequency, update your next order date, skip a delivery, or cancel. Changes take effect immediately — there are no fees and no lock-in period.

When will I be charged for my next subscription order?

You'll receive an email notification before each recurring order is processed, giving you advance notice so you can make any changes if needed. The charge and dispatch happen automatically on your scheduled date.

Can I change how often my subscription delivers?

Yes — you can update your delivery frequency at any time from your account. If your pet's treatment schedule changes, just log in and adjust the interval. The new frequency applies from your next scheduled order.

Does the subscription discount apply to all orders?

Yes. The subscription discount applies to every recurring order, not just the first. The discounted price is clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout before you confirm your subscription.

What if I need to pause or skip a delivery?

You can skip any upcoming delivery from your account before it's processed. Simply log in, find the upcoming order, and select skip. The subscription continues from the following scheduled date.
