    Your first order ships immediately. Future orders are scheduled automatically.

    Log in to your Smartway account to update delivery dates, adjust frequency, skip an order, or cancel.

    Most flea, tick, worming, heartworm, and select pet-care products are available for subscription. Availability is shown on each product page.

  • Pricing & billing
    Subscription orders are charged automatically at the current product price at the time of processing, minus any applicable subscription discount.

  • Shipping
    Standard shipping timeframes apply. Free shipping thresholds are based on the order total.

  • Changes & cancellations
    You can modify or cancel your subscription before your next order is processed. Once an order has shipped, changes apply to future deliveries.
