Price Match Guarantee (U.S. Pet Shops)

We’re committed to giving you the best value on genuine pet preventatives.

If you find the same product at a lower price from an eligible U.S. pet shop, we’ll match it.

What qualifies

To be eligible, the competitor listing must be:

• A U.S.-based pet shop/retailer (not a marketplace seller)

• The exact same brand + product + strength/dose + weight range + pack size

• In stock and available to purchase at the time we verify it

• A publicly viewable price (we must be able to click and confirm it)

What we don’t match

We do not price match:

• Marketplaces or marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, etc.)

• Membership/club pricing, subscribe-and-save pricing, rebates, or “points-only” discounts

• Coupon codes, bundle deals, freebies, gift card offers, or limited-time “flash” pricing we can’t verify

• Wholesale, liquidation, clearance-only offers (at our discretion)

• Out-of-stock items or “backorder/preorder” listings

Email our team with:

1. The link to the U.S. pet shop listing

2. The product you want on Smartway Pet Supplies

3. A quick note confirming pack size + weight range

We’ll review it and confirm eligibility. If approved, we’ll match the price for you.

• Price match requests must be made before purchase.

• Price matching is per item and may be limited to reasonable household quantities.

• We reserve the right to decline a price match where we can’t verify the offer or where terms above aren’t met.
