Refund & Returns Policy

Special-Order Items

Products that are specially ordered at a customer’s request are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you believe your item meets one of these criteria, please contact us at support@smartwaypetsupplies.com within the return window. We may request clear photos and a brief description of the issue to help assess your request.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or product ordered

  • Items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in original condition

  • Products returned without prior approval

Return Window

Approved return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order being received. Requests made after this period may be declined.

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact support@smartwaypetsupplies.com to obtain return instructions.

Please include your order number, full name, and reason for return inside the parcel. We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your receipt as proof of postage.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, or unless otherwise required by law.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.

Refunds are issued only for confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect items that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Packaging Requirements

All approved returns must be sent back unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
