Signatures & Delivery

  • Standard International may not require a signature.

  • Express International or courier services may require a signature upon delivery (carrier policies vary by location).

  • If no one is available to receive the parcel, local carrier rules (e.g., pickup cards, re‑delivery) will apply.

Dispatch & Exceptions

  • Most orders are sent out within 24 hours of being placed. Orders made on weekends or holidays will be sent the next business day.

  • If we are unable to dispatch within 48 hours, we will contact you.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by events we cannot control. This includes several issues. These are:

    • Not being available or refusing to accept delivery
    • Wrong or incomplete addresses
    • Security checks
    • Strikes
    • Labor disputes
    • Civil unrest
    • Network issues
    • Natural disasters
    • Limits on carrier capacity

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order does not arrive within 7 to 21 working days after it is sent, please contact us. We will check with the postal or courier services. Inquiries must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Due to tracking limitations in some countries, orders older than 35 days from the invoice date may not be traceable.

  • Customers must make reasonable efforts to assist recovery (e.g., checking with local carriers, customs, or collection points).

  • Customs‑rejected parcels returned to us will be refunded for the product price only (shipping non‑refundable).

  • If items are damaged during shipping and cannot be used, we will replace them. This is subject to the carrier's investigation and availability. Where replacement is not possible, we will refund the product price.

Out‑of‑Stock & Substitutions

If an item cannot be supplied, we will email you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA). You can choose to wait, get a similar item of equal value, or get a refund to your original payment method.
