We use Australia Post International shipping services that have a 7-14 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.

We use Australia Post International Services for the following countries:

• Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, UK, USA

Standard International shipping may not require a signature upon delivery. Express International may require a signature upon delivery.

 

Payments

All products listed on our website are advertised in US Dollars (USD).

We accept the following payment methods:

When making a purchase, you will be charged in US Dollars. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may apply additional fees for currency conversion if you are purchasing from outside the United States. It is advisable to check with your bank or credit card provider for information on any potential fees or exchange rates that may apply.

All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store your credit card details. Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Deliveries

Orders are sent airmail via Australia Post once payment has been completed.

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within a reasonable timeframe, Smartway Pet Supplies will contact you.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next open business day. Smartway Pet Supplies is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• The unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment
• Acts of God
• Insufficient information provided by a customer
• The application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment
• Strikes or other labor disputes
• Civil unrest
• Disruptions in air or ground transportation networks
• Natural disasters

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information, if applicable. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues.

If your order fails to arrive or is damaged, the following conditions apply:

• Orders which fail to arrive within 7 to 25 working days will be followed up with the postal services to locate your parcel.
• These enquiries must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
• Due to postal service tracking restrictions, orders older than 35 days from the date of the invoice may be unable to be tracked.
• The customer is responsible for making every effort to recover the goods.
• Orders rejected by customs and returned to us will be refunded to your credit card.
• If for some reason the order has been damaged in transit, and the product rendered unusable, the damaged items will be replaced.

In the Event Your Item Cannot Be Supplied

• We shall send you an email notifying you that the product is out of stock and provide an ETA for delivery. A suitable alternative of the same value may be offered, or we will credit your account using the same method by which payment was made.

If Your Order is Found to be Defective

• Please contact us by email or telephone and arrange to return the goods to Smartway Pet Supplies.
• Any such claims must be made within 30 working days of receipt of products from the invoice date.
• Refunds will not be given unless we are unable to supply the same goods in exchange.
• Any freight costs incurred are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order fails to arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at support@smartwaypetsupplies.com, and we will assist in locating your parcel.

Smartway Pet Supplies is a registered Australian business. Pet products supplied by Smartway Pet Supplies are registered with the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) and are available for purchase in Australia without a prescription, unless clearly noted “For Export Only.”

Regulatory requirements differ between countries. The products supplied by Smartway Pet Supplies may not be approved for sale in your country by the relevant regulatory authorities or may not be approved for sale in their Australian packaging. Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Smartway Pet Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Smartway Pet Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Smartway Pet Supplies shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Applicable Law

As far as legally possible, this Agreement, its terms and conditions, and the use of www.smartwaypetsupplies.com shall be governed by the laws in existence from time to time in Australia. Any claim relating to www.smartwaypetsupplies.com, the services provided through www.smartwaypetsupplies.com, or the content shall be governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, and you agree to submit to having the matter dealt with in a court in Melbourne, in the state of Victoria, Australia.
