Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Standard Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

In original, unopened packaging.

Undamaged, unused, and in resaleable condition.

Customers cover the cost of return postage (we recommend a tracked, insured service).
Faulty or Wrong

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@smartwaypetsupplies.com within 14 days.

We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Goods must still be securely packaged in a padded bag or box.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return.
- Poorly packaged or damaged returns may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
Time Limits

Returns and resends must be requested within 30 working days of the order date on your invoice.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, special offers, or clearance stock.
