Shipping Information
Standard International: 10-14 business days worldwide
Express International: 7-10 business days worldwide
Please note: These time frames are estimates only. Delivery times will depend on the postal services worldwide and how busy they are at the time of processing and delivery.
Tracking Numbers:
Your order will have a tracking number. This tracking number can be used on the Australia Post website and on your national mail carrier's website. If you have any concerns with the tracking of your parcel, please contact your national mail carrier with your tracking number for further assistance. Once an order has been dispatched and collected by Australia Post, Smartway Pet Supplies Pty Ltd no longer has any control over the handling and delivery times of the parcel. Delivery times do not include sorting and processing of parcels.
How Much is Shipping?
Standard:
- Flat rate of $10 USD for all orders up to $125 USD
- Free shipping for any orders above $125 USD
Express:
- Flat rate of $20 USD for all express orders
Any import duties, customs duties, or restrictions incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond the control of Smartway Pet Supplies. Please check with your local authorities prior to purchase.
Shipping Update – Attention Customers of EU Member States
Please be advised that from 1 July 2021, the EU introduced reforms to the value-added tax (VAT). These changes include the removal of the €22 VAT-free threshold. All items from €0-150 will have VAT and customs clearance fees applied. Orders over €150 will have VAT and fees applied upon customs clearance. These additional fees and VAT will be payable by the customer/receiver before your parcel can be cleared from customs. You will be notified by your local customs that you have an international parcel awaiting clearance. Goods cannot be sent directly to customers until the VAT has been collected. This may add delivery delays due to customs processing.
Please be advised that this is not an extra charge from Smartway Pet Supplies and that the VAT payable is the responsibility of the customer/receiver upon your parcel being cleared from customs. In the event of any parcels being returned to Smartway Pet Supplies due to non-payment of VAT, a refund will be applied upon receipt for the product only; shipping costs are not refundable.

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, and these are emailed to you once the order has been updated as shipped. You can use your tracking number to view the status of your parcel on www.auspost.com.au.
All orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped the next open business day. Smartway Pet Supplies is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- The unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment
- Acts of God
- Insufficient information provided by a customer
- The application of security regulations imposed by the government, or otherwise applicable to the shipment
- Strikes or other labour disputes
- Civil unrest
- Disruptions in air or ground transportation networks
- Natural disasters
