We proudly partner with Australia Post for door-to-door delivery and full tracking on all orders.

Shipping Options

  • Standard International: Estimated 7–14 business days after dispatch.
  • Express International: Typically 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

  • All shipments include tracking.
  • Canada: Track via Canada Post once dispatched (use the tracking number we email you).
  • United States: Track via USPS once your parcel enters the U.S.
  • Other destinations: Track via your local postal service or Australia Post.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Where We Ship

We ship internationally to many countries, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Denmark, Poland, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, and Malta.

Customs & duties: Any import duties, taxes, or local restrictions are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

EU VAT Notice

From 1 July 2021, EU regulations apply VAT and customs clearance fees to all imported goods valued between €0–150. Items over €150 may attract existing VAT and customs duties. These fees must be paid by the customer before parcels can be released from customs. Delays may occur due to customs processing.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-payment of VAT/fees, we will refund the product cost only upon receipt; shipping charges are non-refundable.

Dispatch Times

  • Most orders dispatch within 48 hours of payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Unforeseen Delays

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including refusal/inability to accept delivery, incorrect/incomplete addresses, government inspections, natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, or transport network disruptions.

If Your Parcel Is Late, Missing, or Damaged

  • If your order has not arrived within 7–25 working days, contact us so we can open an investigation.
  • Please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date. Orders older than 35 days may no longer be traceable.
  • If customs returns your order due to non-payment of fees, we will refund the product cost only once received back.
  • If your order arrives damaged and unusable, we will send a replacement at no extra charge.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with an estimated restock date, suggest a suitable alternative, or process a refund to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us within 30 working days from the invoice date if your order is defective or incorrect.
  • A return may be required before a replacement is issued. Refunds are provided only if the item cannot be replaced.
  • Customer-incurred shipping costs are non-refundable.
